Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged eighteen and over who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Booking and Payment

Service Booking

To book a service, you must contact us to discuss your requirements and schedule an appointment. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including but not limited to unavailability, scheduling conflicts, or inappropriate conduct.

Pricing

All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.

Invoices are provided for all transactions. Payment receipts serve as confirmation of your booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment forfeit fifty percent of the service fee.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice results in forfeiture of the full service fee.

We understand that emergencies occur. In exceptional circumstances, we may exercise discretion in applying these cancellation terms.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule an appointment without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours are subject to the cancellation policy above.

Service Delivery

Professional Standards

We commit to delivering services with professional competence and reasonable care. Our stylists bring expertise and experience to every consultation.

However, style is inherently subjective. While we provide professional guidance, preferences and opinions may vary.

Client Responsibilities

To receive the best possible service, clients should:

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide accurate information about their needs and preferences
• Follow any preparation instructions provided
• Communicate openly about concerns or questions
• Treat our staff with respect and courtesy

Service Limitations

Our services provide guidance and recommendations. Implementation decisions rest entirely with you. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following our advice.

Fashion and style involve subjective judgements. Our recommendations represent professional opinions based on established principles, but they may not align with every individual's taste.

Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, crispend-io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on recommendations we provide. Decisions about wardrobe purchases, alterations, or donations remain your responsibility.
